   The formalities typically take less than 10 minutes. After the ceremony, friends and family photo time, followed by a short couple photos nearby.

We definitely have our own style. But we are also open minded for other style that we havent tried but still interested in. So please talk to us about your ideas, even they are quirky and unconventional.

We are glad to offer you advices about what you need to wear on your wedding day (or shooting day). We might also ask you to send some information about what you gonna wear on the day.

To secure your preferred date, a 30% deposit will be required upon reservation.

We completely understand the need to take your time with the decision. However, due to high demand and ongoing consultations, dates may be booked by other clients if not confirmed in advance. We’d hate for you to miss out, so we kindly recommend finalizing your booking at your earliest convenience

For wedding, within a week, you will received 3 version contents: 9 sneak peak photos + short reel-styled teaser+ all color - graded photos. In 4-6 weeks: final photos. In 6-8 weeks : final movie.

For other shootings, usually original photos will send to you on the second day. And final images for 2 weeks.

Sorry : ( but we don’t deliver unprocessed RAW files as we want to quality control every results. The editing process is also where our artistic vision comes to life.

• A long-distance fee of $1.80 per kilometre applies for locations beyond 25km from Melbourne CBD. This fee is calculated per team member.

• A parking fee may apply for CBD locations where parking exceeds $20.

If you need us to travel outside Melbourne, please inquiry us for details.

We are sorry but the deposit for weddings is non-refundable. But you may save it for future shootings.

Cancellation for other shooting need to be informed 4 weeks prior.

Your photography package can be extended at any time, but we’re unable to shorten the coverage once confirmed.

Portrait & others:
If you need to reschedule for personal reasons, we kindly request at least two weeks’ notice. However, due to weather conditions, you’re welcome to adjust your date at any time—we completely understand!

We find that scheduling a free online consultation often works best for both parties. That said, I'm happy to arrange a face-to-face meeting if that would make you more comfortable - your preference is important to us!
